Lé Esthetics provides our customers with luxurious spa treatments specializing in customizable eyelash extensions, keratin lash lifts, cosmetic tattooing and Hydrafacial. As licensed MUAs we offer airbrush and free-hand makeup applications, lash and brow tint, brow lamination, spray tans, waxing, dermaplaning, facials, teeth whitening, teeth jewels, medical peels, body treatments and more!
Cancellation Policy – We ask guests to guarantee all reservations with a credit card. This card will not be charged unless you cancel or change without giving us adequate notice. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or change without a penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service. Cancelling your appointment 2 hours before your appointment or no shows are 100% of your service.
Cosmetic Tattooing- PMU Booking, No Show and Late Cancellation Policy – If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by calling or texting you’re artist directly any time up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment, otherwise, you will lose your deposit and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.
If you cancel on the SAME DAY as your PMU appointment or if you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service price.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we reserve the right to reschedule you and you will be required to put down a new deposit.
You will be required to put down a new deposit and pay for the full service price again if you rebook.
Children- Please do not bring children to your appointment. The nature of our work and the environment is not safe for them. Unless your child (10+) is receiving a service with you present, please do not bring them to your appointment. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
Pets- Please do not bring pets to your appointment.
Late Arrivals– If you arrive late for your service, we will make every effort to accommodate your full service. If other appointments are scheduled immediately after yours, your service will be shortened, and you will remain responsible for the full service price.
Product Return Policy- No refunds will be given on services, products or gift cards. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or clothing.
Gift Cards- Gift cards are available for any dollar amount in person or USPS. Gift cards may be redeemed for products or services. Gift cards cannot be used for tips unless a tip is specifically added to the card at the time of purchase. All gift cards expire 6 months after the date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cell Phones & Pagers- To respect the wishes of all our guests, we request that all cell phones and pagers are on vibrate or silent during your visit. If you are expecting an important telephone call, please speak in a quiet voice as to not disturb our other guests.
Health Concerns- Please let us know when you schedule your appointment if you are pregnant, have allergies, have recently been injured or have health concerns so we can advise you of the best choice of spa treatments. Expectant mothers in their first trimester may not receive any massages, unless a doctor’s note is provided at the time of service. When you arrive at the spa, you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire. This will allow us to customize your treatment and make sure all methods used support your health and never cause harm. If you have a cold or flu, we recommend you reschedule your spa treatments since massage of any kind, including massage in our body treatments and facials, increases circulation and the release of toxins. This can cause negative side effects when your immunity is compromised.
